Safari description: Following game viewing in Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro crater, this safari takes you to the Serengeti, arguably one of the best-known wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Small dramatic outcrops of rock - ‘kopjes’, dot these undulating plains.

Day 1: Arusha-Ngorongoro
Depart Arusha and proceed through the Great Rift Valley through Mto wa Mbu and Karatu up to the volcanic mountainous region of Ngorongoro arriving at the lodge, which is situated in the very rim of Ngorongoro Crater. Overnight Ngorongoro

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater 
Breakfast at the lodge, followed by a full day's crater tour by four-wheel drive vehicle. Here you can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife, including the big five' (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino) and many other species of game in the variety of habitats to be found on the crater floor. Hippos in the fresh water lake and flamingo in the soda lake - the crater are a veritable paradise. Return to your lodge in the late afternoon in time for a sundowner' and dinner. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater-Serengeti
After breakfast leave Ngorongoro and head towards Serengeti National Park entering Serengeti National Park at Naabi Hill gate and game drive through the park to arrive at the lodge for lunch. Afternoon gamedrive on the plains, overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti 
Breakfast at the lodge before leaving for a full day's game driving on the Serengeti plains, searching for the migration, the largest concentration of plains game (wildebeest, zebra and gazelle) to be found anywhere in the world. Also the predators (lion and cheetah) and the scavengers (hyena and jackals) together with elephant, buffalo, giraffe, warthog and many other species of both big and small game. Today we will take a picnic lunch so that it is possible to wander as far along the plains as the mood and the animals take us, not returning to the lodge until the sun goes down. Day 5: Serengeti-Lake Manyara
Breakfast at the lodge then game drive out of the park stopping at Olduvai Gorge, the birthplace of mankind to inspect the museum, continue on around Ngorongoro Crater rim and descend to the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley overlooking Lake Manyara National Park to arrive at your lodge 
For a late lunch followed by an afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight at your Lodge-

Day 6: Lake Manyara - Arusha
An early morning game drive before the heat of the day in Lake Manyara National Park, watch out for the herds of elephants and giraffes, many colourful species of birds and if lucky even the famous tree-climbing lions. Return to the lodge for a safari breakfast before heading back to Arusha via Mto wa Mbu.
